All [well almost] Women in india wear a bindi.. ITs painted to match their dresses etc...

My only slight observation would be that the focus is a little soft on the person on the right (nearer the camera)...
Very natural and joyful expressions – you’ve captured a great mood here.
Edit: Hmmm.. now I look again it is NOT that the focus is softer at all - both are equally sharp - the lighting seems to be slightly warmer, but that could just be down to skin tones...

The person on the right has this perfect smile.
The person to the left has a bit of a strange look on her face.
The light sources seems to work well here.
I think having a little more space below (especially the right person) would be advisable.
All together a good studio shot.
