Shot this at the kashid beach at the same time as Kashid by

I have used a different technique to turn the shot to Black & White directly from RAW using RAW shooter. Later split toned it to bring out shadows & highlights in different colors !! Let me know if it works for you... !!!

Since the weather at my place is very harsh at this time of the year. I have not able to get any decent shot of late. Hence no submission. This will continue till June untill the Monsoon hits India.

I am hoping to get into some indoor photography. Will post if experiments succeed.

Great shot and composition, but you see some unnatural artifacts in the sand and the lower part of the sky. Like Maddagone said, a bit over-sharping.

Well guys about the sharpness getting a bit too much at the edges of the rocks is actually halo caused during the B&W conversion process which got amplified while resizing for GFX !!!
I am trying to fix it by overlapping it with another exposure from the same RAW file which has no halo !!
As far as I remember i haven't used extra sharpening on the RAW file ..

Excellent composition Rushi. I agee with the others aon the sharpening issue. The sky has quite a bit of noise for having been shot at ISO 100. Still, a very nice shot. I'm sure the original size looks great.

Simply amazing, only feel it is a little oversharpened, but mostly in the bottom half of the photo, not the clouds. Wish I had places like this around here...look forward to those indoor shots!

ok guys ... i just want to reconfirm. No sharpening has been used. Apart from Mekis resize technique for GFX. Its the halo created due to multiple exposures used for the shot which make it appear like sharpening.... I tried to correct it please have a look by comparing with previous versions.

The noise though is a result of B&W processed from RAW which is partly intentional... !!
